HelloFresh announced as Official Partner of Summer Camps

05 August 2025

Connacht Rugby is pleased to announce HelloFresh - Ireland's leading recipe box provider - as the Official Partner of the 2025 Connacht Rugby Summer Camps, helping families tackle midweek dinners and championing the importance of family connection, both on and off the pitch.

This summer, HelloFresh is supporting Connacht Rugby’s grassroots programmes, including the Summer Camps and the much-loved Halftime Minis shows. Across the province, more than 1,000 children aged 6–12 will take part, learning new skills, staying active, and connecting with their rugby heroes. The Halftime Minis will then give these young players a unique chance to show their skills on the pitch, playing in front of packed crowds at home games of the United Rugby Championship season.

Stephen Smythe, Head of Marketing of HelloFresh Ireland, said:

“We’re thrilled to team up with Connacht Rugby for this summer’s camps and support their fantastic Halftime Minis shows during the upcoming season. At HelloFresh, we know that nothing beats dinnertime, especially after a big day on the pitch. Our meal kits make it easy for families to enjoy balanced, exciting meals together, even on the busiest evening. These camps share that same spirit: helping kids build healthy habits, stay active, and have fun. Whether it’s getting dinnertime over the line or celebrating midweek wins, it’s the little everyday moments that matter most.”

Joe Gorham, Head of Rugby Development at Connacht Rugby, said:

“At Club & Community, one of our missions is to get a rugby ball in the hands of as many young people as possible. Our Summer Camps is a key cornerstone in making that happen, so we’re absolutely delighted to have HelloFresh on board as our new Official Partners, who are helping us to bring these events to life.

Similarly, the Halftime Minis provides boys and girls with an unforgettable experience, to play in front of thousands of people at the home of Connacht Rugby. We’re thrilled that HelloFresh are also supporting these memorable events and we look forward to working with them into the future.”
